either you die a villain or you live long enough to see yourself calling warden meetings

HOWDY EVERYONE (wardens) (sorry inmates you can go back to trying to concoct poisonous toothpaste), I come bearing an update on everyone's favorite piece of longform nonfiction, VOLK'S LIST. William contacted the Navarch about it and received the following response.

He'll be calling (and sigh reluctantly attending) a warden meeting. THIS TIME WE WILL HAVE MORE THAN ONE PERSON WATCHING THE INMATES DURING IT!! As far as meeting content: William would make a point of mentioning: everything pertaining to points 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7, and would encourage wardens to talk to the Navarch themselves, as well as ask their inmates about their experiences/what could be improved.

William will openly discuss a lot of this, but he's paranoid about some things and I'm a slow tagger, so if your char would be stalking the Navarch's inbox feel free to run with whatever strikes your fancy! It's all visible to wardens and there are a ton of hooks here, if it's something your char would be interested in, LIVE YOUR DREAMS (though please add a note here so everyone knows what's up/can plot with each other!).

Loki will look relieved at how thorough and thoughtful the Navarch's response is. :T But he may vaguely indicate he's planning to talk to the Navarch at some point anyway. Just. Gotta. Get up the nerve to have yet another purpose potentially turn out to be bullshit. Sigh.

He'll note that visiting inmates' worlds for observation purposes is something he can assist with. Invisibility, glamors, etc. He can get you in and out of there no problem (probably).

As noted under Viktor's thread, Loki will suggest remote opening of the infirmary doors over blanket access, not that that's necessarily any less chaotic.

(Also, this is a good time for anyone who's made the connection between Loki and Malekith to poke him about that.)
