Someone out there might have a rocket launcher — shoulder-mounted and very cumbersome, far from elite tech, but it gets the job done — but the tech level is definitely lower than the Peregrine's (this is part of why the locals keep making eyes at the ship). In general, the most easily accessible weaponry is around the tier you'd expect from WWI-WWII armaments.
