All characters are complete AUs and native to this world, so Alex wouldn't have any of his canon powers, including the hundreds of memories and lives he has as a byproduct of them! However, it would be possible for him to experience something similar if he were assimilated by Area X, where his sense of self has melded with the flora and fauna (including humans previously absorbed by the locale).
